i suffer from a lot of depression and last night i couldnt sleep cus my neighbors upstairs make so much noise so i took my drone out at 3am, live in apartments but we got a pretty big and open lawn in front of the building and it was just so awesome because there was no wind, everything was quiet and the moon was so bright i could see very well, and just to see it hover away into the sky in the quiet of the night was really really magical!
and just to think this is something i wanted since i was like 5 back when they didnt even exist, and i always wanted a remote controlled airplane that i could mount a camera to and i tried a few foam ones but i couldnt even get them in the air before a gust of wind made em crash :S but even though this is a cheap quadcopter it is tons of fun and we are pretty lucky to be alive here in 2016 and have things own these crazy things that can fly all the way into the sky and take video recordings!! what if like 50 years from now amazon is selling toy grade drones that can fly in space for 60 bucks?? im sure 50 year ago people would laught at the idea that u could get a toy quadcopter that can fly way into the sky and record video today for 50 bucks.
im also getting really good at flying this, been navigating a lot between trees and goal posts in the park, think ill enjoy some flying over water risks this week (i live in minnesota and we got tons of gorgeous lakes and hills and valleys and canyons, great for footage

its funny, cus the therapists in the psych industry always said i just drone on and on and that it will never help me, but now i find droning to be quite nice
