rotor not turning

Evening New to all this. Got a JRC H8D quadcopter for Christmas. Tried it out twice. 2nd time ditched in a puddle. Dried out for a couple of days. All seemed OK all 4 rotors turning but when I tried to fly it couple of days later only 3 working. Have changed motor on defective one. Still not...
