Yup I do that everytime too... the upper left motor still is delayed compared to the rest of the motors. I just now ordered a new board. I didnt yet check the voltage output yet.

yes I do the gyro calibration everytime. I wil check the output to each motor and make sure the gearing is well lubed but after that it has to be the board, I'm thinking.

Thanks Jeff. Ya I did get the set of 4. Trying to get up some motivation to install them as a loooooong day at work today. ;) And, do you guys recommend replacing all 4 at the same time or just replace the suspected faulty one?

Yes thank you. I actually removed the cam so I can learn how to fly it. So far I have been pretty UNsuccessful but I'm working on it. I probably should order a couple of crash kis at the rate I'm going.

I learned how to fly it into the ceiling fan of our living room and then into the picture window's mini blinds. The wife immediately showed me the door to the doghouse. While I'm out here I am waiting for the winds to calm down to try to fly it without it soaring out of range or into the garage.

I just got a Syma X8G and then got a Syma wifi camera because I wanted to do an FPV deal. Then I downloaded the Syma FPV app on my Galaxy S5. I cannot get the phone to see the camera. Is this cam even compatible with the X8G?
