Issue resolved! Turned out to be noise after All but due to the proximity of the antenna to other sources including battery cable and FPV antenna. It's a good thing that the best thing about DIY is the learning process because it can also be the worst:)

I did recalibrate the sensors and that didn't help anything. The odd thing here is how intermittent it is. The majority of the time it's fine but every few seconds it pulls right. If cal was an issue, I would expect to see consistent pull right. Probably need to figure out how to collect more...

I would say roll because the entire right side will drop and I have to compensate to the left. Sometimes the roll is a little, sometimes it's a lot.
