Thinking your voltage warnings are a tad conservative. I have mine set at 10.8v and 10.4v or so. Also, you will see some flashing red during power surges.

Sounds like you may be putting too much draw on the battery. What is the discharge rating (xxC) on the battery? This happened to me a few times when using batteries with lower discharge rates at higher throttle levels.

Is the failsafe in the Naza software set to Autoland or Return to Home? Did you calibrate the compass and calibrate the IMU in the Naza software?

It is my understanding that batteries are best charged at "1C" to increase their longevity. For the 2500 that would be 2.5A, and for the 5500 battery, 5.5A. On a side note: the only reason I connected my gimbal to the Naza was to correct the horizon trim. Otherwise it works exactly the same way...
