hi do i need to wire a battery feed in to where it says battery or can it get the power from one of the ecs pack, if from the ecs, do i remove the red from the other 3 ecs pack, or no need?

The question on this where should I take the red and black leads to, is it ok to attach them to my power distribution board or should the power come from elsewhere? Also do i need to wire a negative connection for the tilt and roll or just the signal wire, I seem to read mixed reviews, what is...
