It seems like you have a power issue. The usb cable is providing the power when hooked up to the computer, but when its not hooked up... Fcb wont work so power must be missing. Or you dont have proper power to rx.

Just get a build kit. Not much on the ER racer is worth saving.

Check for cracked arms and loose screws. Try reflashing in Librepilot. Also make sure your trims are centered.

Im really liking the x frames. They seen like they tune easier and are more agile. Ive also become fond of the SP F3 fcb. I have three running right now. I have a zmr 250 clone thats pretty good too, but it picks up more vibration and jello than the x frames though.

I have a 210 x frame generic kit with 4mm arms, have no idea what motors are on it and its my favorite quad. Fast, agile and fun. Also tough as hell. I've nose dived that thing into the ground and been stopped dead by tree trunks. It's awesome and was cheap.
