NVM I see race band 4 above the vtx Power

I see rich wave but not race band...I think the tutorial I read may have been misleading I think I've pressed the button plugged the battery held the button 10 seconds and then powered off... Supposedly the vtx was supposed to be unlocked at this point I'm not entirely sure I've made the changes...
