I'm building a 250 quad for my wife that I want to be very mild flying. I don't think I need kv2300 motors so which motor esc combo would I need to keep the quad able to hover and cruise mildly? Also is there one FCB that would fit these parameters best?

I'm building a 250 quad copter and want to use it primarily for a training excersize. I' hoping to make it fly very easily and wondered whether I should install 2 blade or 3 blade props with that purpose in mind.
