I may look into that Tiny 7. I was going to get an Inductrix in a deal before poop happened and thinking of a Baby Hawk for the hobby grade.

Mainly because it's the drones I have at the moment, but planning to get a hobby grade in the future as well as working on the partially assembled one I bought. Not a big deal if it won't work. Got to do something with all those slots.

I read that there is no special adapter/cable needed to connect the QX7 to a PC for use with Freerider. Does anyone have experience with this? What kind of cable, is it provided?

This was a guy I met when invisited a hobby shop who has enough of an account that he has an impressive setup. I understand that he was trying to help me not make mistakes he made but what he got bent about was that I decided to buy another Cx-30w (for a controller not received on the other)...

Exactly my thought. Despite being told that I made every rookie mistake because I didn't go right out and get the best gear, I am taking the steps to be ready once I get going into hobby grade stuff and glad I have been researching and find I really haven't make rookie mistakes.

It's a bit overkill for my two lowly 3.7V 700mah batteries but it's one more step in getting my setup together.
