The DJI props seem to be the best choice. I have yet to use more than my one spare set. The originals said bye bye in a crash.........ughh.

I have used several 7 inch Fires with my quads. They all installed and worked very briefly. So, not well. The only one that has worked reliably is the 8 inch fire (2017). I use this with my Phantom 3S. Works well. Just no GPS for follow me. I assumed you installed Google Play Store first...

Not sure about all quads, but most are sensing the location of the transmitter in follow me mode. So not just any object. I guess you could finagle the "view" of the camera to look ahead of you. If its a fixed camera take a big hammer to it............:p

Very True! No guts, no glory. My wife would always tell me your going to get stuck if you go down that trail. But that is what 4X4s are for. If you don't get stuck you are not trying hard enough. And that is why God made winches:) Ohh and she was correct about half the time.LOL

I started at around 60 with quads. I did have RC fixed wing experience from many years ago so I did have some "muscle memory" that helped in flying. No matter how good you get or don't get. It is fun and keeps you young in mind and body. Enjoy!

Okay. I guess it ran ok four years ago?? You might try a test on the bench without props. See if you can duplicate the problem. Look for the cause like loose connections. Touch connections and parts with a plastic or wood probe as its running. Good Luck

Sorry no specific answer for you. But just wondering? 4 years in storage? Wet basement? Hot attic? dirty garage? Battery is 4 years old? Did you inspect and clean it? Stuff corrodes and makes for bad connections. Maybe and expert will chime in. Good luck.
