OK. I recommend using Amazon.com as your source for drones.
I am in Canada. I live in a town where it does not even have a movie theatre or shopping mall. Walmart and No Frill are the "main attractions".
I almost exclusively using Amazon.ca as my source of purchases including quadcopters.
My main reasons of choosing Amazon.ca ......
1. Guarantee delivery date.
2. Guarantee return policy if one is not satisfied with the item received.
3. The Return Procedure is well thought through and efficient.
4. I don't have to worry about encountering a shady seller and got stuck with a bad purchase. Amarzon.ca is behind me on Return and Refund. I may have to pay a little more on each purchase , but it gives me peace of mind. I am ok with that.
5. I pay C$11.29 monthly membership, and it gives me Free delivery charge on all my purchases.

I do not give model recommendations because I do not want getting blamed when it does not work out.

I would suggest the kind of drone for a beginner :
1. Inexpensive drone. Crashing a few drones is part of the learning curve. It's unavoidable. Forget about DJI. Walk before run.
2. If you are a beginner as you said, you will have your hands full trying to control the drone in flight. I doubt you have much time looking for the image sent back through the camera. So, don't get picky in camera quality. In fact "camera drone" is a luxury, not a necessity, for a beginner.
3. Look for drones that have Optical Flow Positioning feature. The beauty of that feature is that the drone will "freeze" in mid air if you don't touch the sticks. That means you don't have to worry about the drone dropping from the sky. That means you have one less worry when trying to fly the drone.
( Optical Positioning is the next best thing to GPS feature. But you pay a lot more for a GPS drone. Not necessary for a beginner.)
4. Buy a drone that comes with AT Least 2 batteries. Preferably 3. You may have to pay for extra batteries. Most of the drones use batteries designed ONLY for themselves. So, it's not "one battery fits all".
I have one drone with bad battery. I can't find anywhere to buy another battery.
5. Make sure the drone comes with propeller guards. That will, in some degree, protect the propellers as well as the drone itself from getting damaged when the drone hit a wall. Remember, crashing a drone is part of the learning curve.
6. Nowadays, most of the camera drones are 5G WiFi transmission. That means you will need a smartphone that has 5G WiFi to receive the transmission. Smartphone with 2.4G WiFi will NOT work with 5G WiFi camera.
So, make sure your smartphone has 5G WiFi before you buy a 5G Wifi camera drone.
There are still many 2.4g WiFi drone available. Just check that before you buy.
5G Wifi Phone will work with 2.4G WiFi camera drone, but not vice versa.

I appreciate your knowledge and expertise in helping me with the Voyager Ai drone and now getting me on the right path to acquire a new platform with a reputable source. Thank you very kindly.

I concur with the advice given by Davidhk129. My first drone, a gift, didn't even have 'Optical Flow Positioning' but was a lot of fun. I learned about trimming the controls and also about tree climbing! My next, again a cheap drone, had a camera which was fun, until it got too far from the remote one day, and 'flew away' never to be seen gain!
Another new term learned "A Fly-Away"!
It's a fun hobby.
