Yeah, you can get those vibration dampers in different sizes, i believe. The ones I linked you are for a 9mm hole.
for the LEDs, they typically need was less power than the battery packs put out, so you would need some sort of voltage regulator. Many ESCs come with a regulator/battery...
For the vibration issues, I would try something like this:

they seem to work well for vibration dampening. You could use those(or something similar) instead of the nylon to keep vibrations down.
