My quad has a mode 1 and mode 2, can someone explain the difference between the two for me?

I'm also having g a hard time understanding the trim. When I throttle up, is the copter supposed to hover in one spot? Do I set the trim with no throttle, medium, or full?

I'm brand new to flying quadcopter so I'm still having a hard time landing it. I want to take it vertical to take some cool pics, but landing from Heights still freaks me out. Can anyone provide me with advice on how to bring g it down smoothly?

My x5c-1 props are labeled A1/A2 & B1/B2. Do you have a diagram for that?

The camera also records sound and all you hear is the sound of the motors? Is there a way to disable the mic?
