I have the MJX Bugs 5w. My 32g Verbatim card was formatted on my Mac as MS-DOS (FAT). This ends up as FAT32. I tried to format as ExFAT. If I remember right, the app showed the card as having photos and video but when I inserted the card in my computer there was no photo or video on the card...
