Update. I got the quad to sync with Cleanflight. The TX is talking to the RX and i can see the movement in CF Receiver tab when i move the TX sticks. The motors work and have been calibrated. My next issue is that i don't know how to get the Quad moving. Can anyone share the sequence of things...

Thank you, Jackson. I have attached a picture of the top/bottom of the FC. The top shows the RX connector soldered to the RX pad, ground and positive. The bottom shows solderings for the motors and power.
