    Hi Kirk, I tried the embassy but they told me to speak with the ministry of transport. I think my answer might lie there still though so will be visiting them as soon as I get the chance!

    Yep, I think it probably does :( It definitely seems possible though as they introduced legislation for drones fairly recently which states that you need a permit from the CAA. I have a couple more leads so not giving up yet!
