I have been looking on hobby King and I think I'm going with an s4 14v battery but I really have no idea what motor I need

So I'm new to quad copters and I need to purchase the motors but most of the motors I've looked at do not say how much thrust they will produce my quad will be able to have 10 inch props and I need about 3 pounds of thrust for each motor how do I find out how much thrust and motor produces

So I think I need around 3 pounds of thrust per motor and I can have up to 10 inche props

ya that's the price I'm shooting for not including the transmitter I know a good one will run around $200 . What determines the range? the the transmitter I would assume? But I didn't see a rang on the spec? What would you expect to pay for a setup like what I want?
