Alright, I am actually making it for my neighbor and I have kinda put it off for a little while so that is why I am building it. He said that if I make it I could fly it sometimes and since I have put it off I want to make it asap.

My budget is around $300-500. I have never flown a quad before. I have a soldering iron. And yes I do live in the US. By the way I would just fly it for fun, no videos or anything like that.

I have a AQ-600 frame and it is the first quad copter I have tried to build so I really don't know exactly what is needed for them so if someone could give me the list everything that is needed and have links then I would really appreciate it!
