tried the sunglasses. almost blanked the screen in landscape view. sorta worked in portrait view. That's not acceptable.

Depending on some answers to some questions I've asked the supplier, I probably will order a sheet of polarizer film. I'll post results here.

Thanks. I tried several brands of these and had no luck with any of them. I built a 9" deep hood and that was of no help. If I find something that really works, I'll post it here.

Has anyone had any luck with reducing glare and reflections on their tablet screens in bright sunny days? I'm thinking of trying a piece of polarizing film on mine. Any thoughts or suggestions?

The X5C is the one you use to learn on. It's nearly indestructible. I've crashed mine into buildings, trees, fences, and even a bird bath! No damage and still flying great. Install the prop guards!

OK. mode 1 is throttle and rudder on left stick, forward, rearward, and sideways on the right stick. mode 2 is throttle and sideways on the left stick, forward, rearward, and rudder on the right stick. Very inconvenient. I will keep flying in mode 1.

Oh, thank you. My throttle in on the left side. I'm going to change the mode on the xmitter to 2. If that puts the throttle on the right side, I'll know I'm in mode 1. I'll change back to mode 1 which will put the throttle back on the left side (which I prefer) and know I'm in mode 2. o_O

What is the difference between mode 1 and mode 2 on this copter? The "manual" is of no help. Thanks. Jim B.
