There was a setting within Mission Planner....ARMING_CHECK....that I was able to disable and the quad would respond and motors would unlock. One by one I was able to eliminate which of the options the system...

Hi. I actually had it charging outside of the transmitter. They are stock battery and charger so it's the lipo charger. Also, I was having these issues and decided to go into the transmitter and said model reset and reset it using instructions from the manual.
