It does seem exactly like the one rotor is not lifting. Blades were installed when I received. Only after it failed to take off several times, I removed the piece two which the two blades attach on that one rotor to look for anything obvious, but then reattached.

I’ve never flown a drone. I bought a 4DRC Richie quadcopter for my son for Christmas, and I can’t get it off the ground. It seems like one rotor is not lifting, as it sits on the ground and the drone pivots around it. I tried to follow set-up instructions included, but must have missed...
