I managed to get it working. :) The instructions say to set the TRAVAD of GEAR to +0.00%/-83.5%. This should be +83.5%/-83.5% so that the FMD switch switches in all 3 positions. After that, I was able to go into GPS/Compass Calibration mode with no problems.
And as for the Throttle & Elevator...
After a close look at the Naza Lite software for Rx inputs, I realized that the Throttle & Elevator channels are swapped. After switching the wires, I was able to get the motors to spin up.
Haven't flown it yet but I will get around to that tomorrow.

Doesn't change anything. Have 3 red flashes then 1 green flash. Also tried it outside with full GPS signal (all green flashes). No change.
I notice that in the software, the FMD switch is only switching position 0 & 1, but not in position 2. Would this be an issue? As far as I can tell it...
I was able to get it out of fail-safe mode. Turns out I had the wrong receiver type set. Should be Traditional instead of D-Bus. I am able to see the sticks moving the sliders in the NAZA software now. I have calibrated the IMU.

I work for a retail store that is getting into the drone business. I've been given the task of adding a Naza M Lite GPS unit to a Storm Drone 4 Mini (Devo RX701 receiver), but I'm having trouble getting it to work. I've followed instructions from Helipal but they are for the DJI Flamewheel F450...
