    Ok problem solved. Settings / Skyline / Turn on (Allow Skyline to Access Photos). Simples! Perhaps this might help some other bewildered user in the future;)

    Yes its an iphone! Worse luck. There is no way that I can see the location of the video content. When viewing through the Skyline app, the file details are there but it doesn't give you a clue as to where they are stored. Doing a search for the file turns up nothing.
