My quadcopter becomes unresponsive when I disconnect the Naze32 from my compter

I think i just found the problem... I was pressed charge on my charger for a lipo balance, and it came up with an error "input voltage error". Any way to fix this?

It does not work using the control stick to arm. I am powering my naze with a 3s lipo

The motors are calibrated and spin in unison. I have the arm switch connected to the aux1 on my radio. The gyro and accelerameter are calibrated aswell. I can arm and control ny quad while it is connected to my computer, but when I unplug it i can not do anything.
