Thanks for the suggestion here. I'm not very good with a Multitester, however, I have noticed that when hand spinning the blades, the new motors had more 'resistance' or stopped sooner than their counterparts. I decided to order 2 new motors and pull the 'old new' ones see. Lo and behold it...
A short time ago one of the motors stopped working on my X5C-1. I replaced it with no issue, however, I noticed that it didn't have the power it used it. In fact, it would hardly get off the ground.
After some testing I discovered that if I took the camera and batter cover off, it worked...
