This may just be my ignorance when it comes to electronics but if the battery is bad, wouldn't the props not spin at all?

Hi all! I posted before about not having enough power to liftoff. Since then I have replace all four motors and battery. Still all four props spin very fast but the most it'll do is tip forward a little. Still no liftoff. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. I have two batteries for it and after it lost power, I put in a fresh fully charged one and got the same result.
