Which laptop will be best for editing photos and video smoothly?

I am an enthusiast and professional photographer. I want to buy a laptop to edit my photos and videos and playing games in free time. Can anyone suggest the best laptop which I can buy? My budget for the laptop is Rs. 50000.
 
I prefer the PC (Windows) Computer. A MAC is good graphic wise. You'll need a good graphics card like the GeForce 8700 and lots of RAM (8+ GB) and a high speed processor like the Intel Quad Core i5 or i7. That's just my thoughts though.
