I had had a few issues with my Ender 3, so much so that I was contemplating getting a different 3D printer.
The nagging problems were:
1. VERY frequent necessity of bed levelling. It just wouldn't stay levelled.
2. Nozzle partially clogged creating under extruding. Sometimes it just simply clogged.
I think I have the above 2 problems solved.
I bought an entirely new sets of 4 for the heat bed. The sets consist of : 4 wheels, 4 springs and 4 "screws?". Apparently the old sets were worn out and got loosen by the shaking of the printer. Therefore the bed level was not maintained. With the new sets installed, I did a bed levelling. Since then I have yet to do another bed levelling, and I had done over 2 weeks of printing...…. Charlie Brown, Lucy Van Pelt, Spiderman, Captain America and Thor. Now I am printing a modulated warship using Wood pla filament. No bed levelling required.
As to the nozzle clogging, it was solved by following CHEP's Simple HOTEND FIX for Creality Ender 3, CR-10.
I am a lot more relieved getting those 2 major issues resolved.
