I have a x5c quadcopter and I try and turn it on and the only thing that lights up is the camera. The Quadcopter Itself does NOT Light Up At ALL. What's the problem?
I checked all the wires and they are all connected. I think it might be the receiver board but I just don't know.I have an xc5 and everything works well. You are correct in the led lights should flash went you turn it on. Maybe a wire or plug loose inside.
I just bought 2 new batteries and still doesn't work.Make sure the battery is charges, you can check the voltage.
I got it from a friend and it wasn't working then.Is this a recent development?
You need to check the voltage of the battery when it comes off the charger, could be the charger is bad.I just bought 2 new batteries and still doesn't work.
The voltage on the battery is good. You need to check the voltage of the battery when it comes off the charger, could be the charger is bad.
That's what it was. It was the controller board. It works great now. Thank you everybody for your help. This has nothing to do with the transmitter. The lights on the X5C should come one when you turn it on.
The fact that the camera comes on tells me the switch is working.
If you checked all the wires and found none loose, and you checked the batteries I would conclude that the main controller board is bad.
A new controller board is less than $10
I would change that out. I keep a spare one handy...along with motors, gear sets etc. So far, I haven't needed to change ANYTHING. (knock on wood)
