So here's my first attempt at aerial videography.
It was fun to do, but I've clearly got a lot to learn - amazing how much steadier and slower you need to fly for a good video, and I need to plan my shots better. Lots of props-in-shot - I'll be replacing those legs, but suspect I'll have to be shooting with digital zoom on, the camera's currently a bit fisheye with about 150 degrees fov.
The editing leaves a bit to be desired too - it was a nightmare using Windows Live Movie Maker, which clearly isn't up to the job, I'm not happy with some of those transitions and think it's dropped some of the framerate in publishing. Does anyone have any suggestions for free or cheap editing software ? I have an old copy of Adobe Premiere but it's so old it won't install any more (16 bit installer !)
Anyway, hope you enjoy, comments and cc welcome.
Cheers
