Hi guys
Very new to all this so please go easy on me, I wanted to build something that i could practice with first off then stick a gimbal and Gopro on the front and eventually take some great footage.
I opted for the SK450 Deadcat with Tarot 2214-920kv motors, Standard 8" props and afro 30a esc's all controlled by the KK2.1Hc board, My radio is a Turnigy 5x.
The setup as it stands with a Turnigy 3s 2200 lipo battery is 1.2kg which seems quite heavy considering this will rise considerably when i load it with FPV gear.
I am waiting for new 9" props to come off ebay then i will try to get the quad off the ground again as the first attempt went terribly wrong.
I guess what i am here for is to find out if my quad is heavy or about right and what is the limit for the setuf i have??
Thanks guys
