I have an older KK2.0 board that has been living in one of my 450's for awhile now, It has been flying great even with only two of three gyros being nominal. I decided to build another 250 and use the KK2.0 board from the 450.
I installed the board in its new home in the 250frame and connected all the servo leads from the RX and the ESC's upon it. I then did the ESC calibration method we all know and love (TX on, Throttle to MAX, battery plug in, 1 and 4 held down, esc indicator noise, lower throttle, wait for ESC indicator noise again, release 1 & 4) This leads me to the main screen with it in SAFE mode, business as usual.
I then go ahead and do the ACC calibration. It goes through its calibration sequence/countdown and all seems well. I then hit "Back" thinking it will go to the main screen where I can arm it and be good. Only instead of the main screen I am met with the "Sensor calibration data out of limits, check settings" screen.
So, What am I forgetting? Would love to know if anyone has any ideas!
