Noob who needs a lot of help

started playing with the settings in beta flight in my blade torrent, well.... I screwed it all up, won't fly at all now, found the dump file to reset to factory settings but can't seem to get the old data of the quad, help please!!!!!!!!!

You should have just reset the board in configuration tab. Have you flashed the fcb with the latest firmware. Try that if still nothing go back to the earlier firmware. Try that. Then go back to the latest. A bit of messing but it may work.
You don't have to mess with the cli commands anymore unless you know what you are doing. You sir clearly do not.
