Motor won't spin with prop on

I just replaced my ESC's and now one motor is having issues. I calibrated the ESC's through cleanflight. All motors run fine without a prop on (1000-2000). Three motors spin with no issues with the props on (1000-2000), one motor spins fine (1000-1400) and stutters and stops when above 1400.
Motor - Arris D2205 2300kv
ESC - 20A BLHeli oneshot125

Replace the motor with one of the others and see of it is a controller problem or motor problem. Gotta be the motor or the esc.

Motor is bad, swapped spots and the problem followed the motor. Time for a new one.
