just getting started.need help

I just purchased a 3d x8 after calibrating and attempt to start up only three motors turn what could be wrong?

Was it on a level surface when you calibrated it?

Yes the forth motor started turning slow

I held it in my hand and opened throdle wide open

4th motor still spinning slow when you do that?

Yes and when I use yaw or turn it speed up a little

I would check with the seller on either a replacement or refund. Stinks when this type of stuff happens.
