On my Blade 180QX one of the rotors is not turning. I know the wire in the arm going to the quadcopter still works because switch it too another side to see if that's the problem. I know the arm and motor is not the problem. when I checked the voltage (with a voltage meter) it was showing there was a constant 3.something volt output the that arm of the quadcopter and when I pushed the throttle forward the voltage dropped instead of increasing. When I checked a different arm (on the quadcopter) it did what it was supposed it started at 0.00 voltage and increase with the throttle. Did I fry my circuit board or what. Please help. Ask questions if need. Thanks
