This is a new Echine that I have never flown. When I throttle up mostly only the front two motors spin. Here is a video of my setting and problem. Thanks for any help!

I replaced the board and it is working. Getting plastic standoffs also. That could be what has been driving me nuts lately!

Board works fine with USB. It did work fine when I just installed it on the bench, then I took it outside to test and nothing since. I tested the board by plugging it in with USB and it worked. Should I test another way? Also just to be clear. If I connect 5v of power to the board on either...

Here is another pic. Is 4.9 close enough to 5? Still not powering on without USB.

Still no lights on the board. I read 4.9 volts coming into the 8 rail.

It is getting 5v from the PDB. You will see in my image above that there is 4.92 going to it. I don't understand what you mean here. "Your esc's ere opto. So provide no power to the fcb."

That is the SP Racing F3.

It will light up with USB. In the picture you will see it has 4.92 volt going to it? Is that close enough or should it be at least 5v? Thanks
