I recently purchased a Syma x8 for my son. It takes off and then crashes back to the ground after 3 ft of lift. After that it will not work until you reset everything. Then the same problem. I have placed new batteries in the remote and charged the battery overnight. I am unable to find any customer service number for Syma and cannot find any information on the problem. Looks like a nice drone but has a poor set of instructions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a faulty charger. With a meter you could quickly figure out if in fact it's charged properly. Around >4.15V is acceptable. 4.2V is what you are shooting for.
