yea It gets like hot enough that after I am done flying it’s very uncomfortable to touch them with my hands. I will try to get a temperature reading though next time I fly. The bard well video is good but I think he’s dealing with a frame conducting electricity and I’ve testing for continuity...

I have a quad that I built during the winter and it flies amazing. The motors were getting a little warm during the winter but I just left them alone. Summer comes around and the motors are getting extremely hot. I have been looking up all kinds of fixes trying to determine what the problem is...
