i fixed this using this method here http://www.phasercomputers.com.au/2016/05/calibrate-escs-flight-controller-powers-esc/ this was the exact issue. I am so unbelievably happy now and glad i didnt tear into the esc or solder.........

I will try to provide as much info as possible. I have an Eachine Falcon 180 with "supposedly" Fairy 20A Blheli ESCs and it was working fine out of the box, then at some point it didnt (was messing with cleanflight and betaflight... stupid me) and now motors 3/4 beep and jitter but dont spin...
